Edison Arms Apartments is a Low Income Senior Citizen housing development subsidized by HUD (Section 8). The property is located in a neighborhood with attractions such as the new New York Botanical Garden and The Bronx Zoo and is in close proximity to the Botanical Garden Metro North Train Station, Bus Stops, and Subway Rails.  This six-story building has a total of 70 apartments, studio and 1-bedrooms, 7 of which have wheelchair accessibility.
