Rosehill Housing Management was established in 1984 for the purpose of providing for the non-profit management of housing and related facilities and services for the elderly and mobility-impaired persons of low income.  Rosehill Housing Management was appointed as exclusive agent at Rosehill Apartments, comprising HUD 202 funded Section 8 housing.  This was later extended to Edison Arms Apartments another HUD funded 202 property.  The resources and skills of Rosehill Housing Management remain available to other non-profit housing initiatives for specialized and low-income populations.

It is our goal is to ensure safe, clean, and pleasant places to live for seniors in our community.  Our properties are home to over 200 seniors. We provide programming of interest to seniors, schedule trips for local shopping or activities, and provide basic amenities.
